4. ACCOUNT

You are allowed to hold only one account using only one of your credit or debit card numbers at any time on the www.paddypowercasino.com. Multiple accounts are prohibited. In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open an account and have adequate funds deposited prior to play. The minimum account deposit is £10 (euro 10) and must be made by using a debit card or credit card. Only wagers placed from your account set up through www.paddypowercasino.com will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited to your account. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at Our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. Withdrawal by debit card and VISA credit cards not issued in America: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account) If you are withdrawing £3,000 or more in a 90 day period We will ask you to provide Us with paper copies of a recent utility bill (not prior to 6 months) and the Bank or Credit Card Statement (not prior to 6 months), relating to your payment details that is registered with Us to verify the address of your card. Withdrawals may only be made to the card you have registered to your account and deposited funds with.

Withdrawal by cheque: each withdrawal must be at least £10 (save in the case of a final withdrawal to close an account). If you are withdrawing £3,000 or more in a 90 day period by cheque We will ask you to provide Us with paper copies of a recent utility bill (not prior to 6 months) and the Bank or Credit Card Statement (not prior to 6 months) relating to your payment details that is registered with Us to verify the address of your card. The cheque will be payable to you and not a third party and will be sent to you at the address registered with us.

In the event of a promotional campaign or competition, for which We credit an amount to your account, you are entitled to the use of such amount only for the sole purpose of wagers for playing the Games. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the promotional campaign or competition. We reserve the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.

Your account is personal to you. You shall not allow others to use your account or to accept any prize or participate in any of the Games. Any person found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.
